Seekins 30-MOA rail for 700 long action; standard #6 screws. Used with some Loctite residue.

Note that the front was trimmed to clear the objective for my scope. Please see picture.

$30 FTF, or ship USPS Priority Mail for an extra $7.

42mm... the fore-aft placement of the scope due to eye relief limitations and length of pull on the stock were the issue. Typically, the objective clears a rail with ease even with low rings.
