Suggestion

Buy some targets, shoot from a seated position - like at a bench, or even a folding chair.
Hold the rifle rather than supporting it with mechanical devices.
Elbows on the bench OK, a bean bag not so much. Use the sling.

If the issue is just your position / back, and does not include shooting too. Then practice at home, by spending a few minutes each day stretching out into the prone positions.
By the same measure, practice the seated and kneeling positions.

I am no where near flexible enough, even just for life, but a couple of weeks practice helped me.
