1949 Winchester model 70 value

Hi All:

Checking to see of any of you can advise a ballpark value of my 49 model 70. It has not been in the family since new and the last time anyone remembers it being shot was in the early 70s. It is in very good shape with only a few very small Mark's on it. I have never and will never shoot it because I am not a hunter.
