Selling this somewhat cosmetically challenged Springfield (Savage) bolt action .22..Says LR,Long,or Short on the barrel.
I'm guessing 1940's by the research I've done.
24" barrel.
Stock looks fantastic,but the receiver and barrel have pitting on the outside.
Bore is great,no pitting-and it's quite accurate.Functions well.
I replaced the magazine well which was missing,and bought a spare mag for it.
So it will include (2) 10 round mags.
I was considering giving this to my Brother for Christmas,but he is more into the "tacticool" look.
But since he doesn't own a gun,I figured it would be a good start.Beggars "shouldn't" be choosers,right?
However,I am listing it until next Monday-if it doesn't sell,he gets it.
If it does,he S.O.L.
$100 cash.
Will trade for-
quality auto knife
Old,beat up,rusty,broken guns-preferably revolvers,military guns,etc. I guess a cheap handgun would work,as I can give him that instead?
AR or AK ammo or mags
Quality 10/22 trigger group
