I thought I'd post this and see if there was any interest. I have a 1942 1903 Remington (not the the A3). It has a Type C stock (with number stamped and a matching numbered bolt. The rifle itself is in excellent shape. Very little wear on it. I don't think its been redone, but I cant swear to it. It has an 8X Malcom marine sniper scope professionally installed "https://hi-luxoptics.com/products/malcolm-8x-usmc-sniper-scope?variant=36900869901" Bore is very nice on this as is the stock. it comes with a repro leather 1907 sling. I really hate to sell it, but ii just don't use it and would like it to go to somebody who would.. I am asking $1800 but would be willing to discuss...
