Up for sale is a like-new, 100% condition 1977 Browning Hi Power collector-grade 9mm pistol from an estate collection (s/n: 245RR91xxx). Original owner (late FIL) test fired one time after purchase, and then put in storage. There are ZERO handling marks on the metal or wood; this pistol appears virtually unused and is absolutely mint! The bore is bright and shiny. The original blue finish would rate 100%.
This is the Belgian-made 245-series model with target sights, chambered in 9mm. The forged steel slide has standard markings and proofs (see photos) with nothing more (no import marks), a flawless Hi-Polished blued finish, a 4 5/8-inch barrel, external extractor, adjustable target sights; black square notch "Beer Can" rear with serrated ramp target front, standard hammer, forged steel frame, thumb-operated safety, beautiful original red-backed checkered walnut wood grips with absolutely no marks or dings.
Includes:
Highly desired, hand-fitted model made in Belgium; this gun offers the opportunity to buy an essentially new old stock (NOS), top quality pistol that is no longer available. The pictures don't do this gun justice; it's a keeper, and these top condition examples should continue to increase in value. Prefer FTF sale but will ship, at at purchaser's expense, for actual cost to an FFL upon confirmation of payment.
