ruger 77
The Ruger 77/22 is a bolt-action rimfire rifle chambered for the .22 Long Rifle, .22 WMR, or .22 Hornet. It has a removable rotary magazine which allows the magazine to fit flush with the bottom of the stock. The 77/22 was introduced in 1983 and was based on the centerfire Model 77 Mark II. Each rifle comes with scope rings and a lock.
Here's a really nice condition original wood stock for the earlier Ruger model 77 with a tang safety and long action. I don't know what caliber it was originally fit with. Pics show imperfections, the worse being at the very front of the forearm and the pic makes it look worse than it really...

As the ad states I have a Ruger 77 mkii stainless with open sights. It's in a Hogue Overnold stock and has been since before I got it 10-12 years ago. This rifle has been amazing and shoots fantastic. I just find myself using it less and less over the years and though I might see if there was...

I am more partial to Rugers, so I want to trade this great old 700 for a 77 MkII (not tang safety). Looking for a 30-06, hopefully with iron sights. Mine is wood/blued, good used condition, it's a 70 something, iron sights, will come with Talley bases and QD 1" rings.
