30+ year old Douglas Fir maybe too close to neighbor's?
My paternal grandfather planted this tree in 1991 or 1992 (hazy on that), but we are facing the likelihood that we'll have to chop it down, and quite likely excavate/destroy root system... if its a question of "when" not "if" it'll fall down in a wind storm eventually.
