The P225 is a tad smaller .3", no rail, single stack, 8+1

I thought it was smaller then the P229, but never owned a P225 just the P229 in 40sw PI.

Sorry, I meant the P225 is barely smaller... Like so little difference between the two, why not get the extra capacity?

Any thoughts? Is that extra slimness better to carry?

I don't notice the extra slim since its such a small difference. At 4:30, the 229 carries just as well with nearly twice the capacity. Maybe it would make a difference appendix carry.

I love my 229, I carry an M&P 2.0 Compact.
