This sight has the tritium in the front as well as the rear sight. I bought this in November of 2016 & thus it is about 3 years old. And so the tritium should have about 9 more years of glowing life left.
I've decided to try a different sight due to personal preference. This comes with all the tools you need to install the sights as well as detailed, picture-based instructions.
When I removed the rear sights from my gun, I used a sight tool machine. I did not use a punch & a hammer. This allowed me to take off the sights gently without smashing and/or breaking the tritium vial inside.
