This is a clone of the late 60's early 70's Vietnam era M16. The XM16E1.
As you can see all bases were covered, from the 3 prong FH to the proper retro upper and lower in XM grey color. The bolt carrier is chrome as it was during that era. 20" chrome lined pencil barrel with 1:12 twist. The lower has proper xm grey lower parts and the proper era parts. Selector, takedown pins, roll pins, trigger guard, bolt catch and magazine release and magazine catch are all of-era. Detailed pix enclosed.

1200. Will consider trades for SBR / Pistol length upper receivers. Colt, DD, BCM lowers. Eotech, Aimpoint or trijicon optics. Other trades considered no junk.

I appreciate your fathers service to our country. If only I lived close by- I would love to at least show it to him and see if it was close enough to his issued rifle.
Also- I'm glad to see somebody from Coos Bay on the forum. I spent a lot of time there as a kid / young adult. Had a friend who's family had 20 acres, just across the water from Millington. Don't see many members from coos bay.
