This is for a brand new (no box) XLR Element 4 Magnesium Chassis. 700 Long Action. Addons include Carbon Fiber Buttstock, Cheek Rest, and carbon fiber tactical grip. Also folding buttstock adapter all installed. This build retails for $1150 and has a 16 week wait from factory. Im selling it for $800 to cover the cost of my new barrel.
