Not trying to start a major debate or any kind of arguments. Just curious I've googled it many times there are some that have said yes the X macro has the same issue as the P320 or has had the same issue. I had an X macro but had to sell it. I would like to purchase another one. Because I shot that pistol lights out. It's either that or I'm gonna purchase a Glock 19. I'm trying to Glock 48 and 43X just really wasn't my favorite. Thank you in advance. The other reason I like the Glock is it just flat works and mags are very cheap.

Totally different. Totally different mechanisms. FCU. Different internal safeties. Your X macro is fine. But Glock is better.

The 43X and 48 are less than ideal to shoot. G19 FTW! It's the best carry gun out there.

Really? [sigh]

Although my wife thinks I've not learned anything in our 30-plus years of marriage, one thing I do know is that no one should ever tell anyone else what is best for them.
Glock is better.

It's called an opinion. Did I ever say what was "best" for him….. sorry I'm not a SIG fan. [sigh]

Just buy both xmacro and glock. I did that. Then you can decide which one looks better with your outfit and purse for the day. Jk lol. Get the one you shoot the best with. And if your still worried about sig automated discharge system, get it with thumb safety

I have had one and loved it shot it great. But sadly I sold it. Dumb move on my part.

If you like the XMacro or any variant of the P365 you shouldn't hesitate to carry it. They have been proven to be safe. Just make sure to swap out the springs on a regular basis (known to break) and watch rust on the magazines. Other than that they are good to go.

I carried a XMacro for a period of time. It was a decent gun to shoot too.

But on the other had my dilemma is I shoot the G19 very good as well. I was just curious about the unintended discharge issues if I was in this variant as well.

The P365 is safe. I obviously lean heavily on the Glock side of things. And a G19 is super easy to conceal carry. So for me it works. I know other people who want to carry much smaller guns and the P365 fits that bill well.

Plus much support for Glock, G19 in particular.

Quickie Google of pricing up an X-Macro shows G19 marked less expensive too. $50 Magazine's, yikes!

So if someone shoots both well, the nod should go towards G19.

If someone is happy shooting "whatever", the nod goes towards that "whatever". Always.

Yes I'm leaning back towards the Glock 19. Mags are 1/2 the cost of an Sig XMacro mag.

Aftermarket mags even less, by far! Great for stocking up (standard capacity ban) & charging at home (rather than at a range) to practice with.

Cross compatible with Glock accepting PCC's, which is nice. Less things to stock.

We have a bunch of aftermarket reduced capacity magazines I bought on closeout. Run decent. For if we comply...

The XMacro 10rd mags are very expensive too. I've also got a M&P 2.0 compact and those 10rd mags are pretty expensive as well as the 15-17 round mags. The Glock 19 would be for concealed carry the M&P can stay in the nightstand.

I love Glock and hate the 19 at the same time. The 19 doesn't really fit into any category well. Some people call it a duty gun, some call it a concealed carry. I call it neither. The G48 and 43 are, IMO, better options for CC.
