MI Combat Rail was purchased late last month(April/Early May) from Primary Arms. I can provide original proof of purchases/receipt of both upon request as proof of how new they are. They are in excellent condition.
The PSA 10.5" has a fairly new barrel with no more that 200 rounds through it. I wore out the last barrel on this upper. This was my first AR purchased in Dec 2021. PSA swapped the barrel to a new barrel. Pics of the rifling, bore and chamber are in the link. This was brand new when I purchased it from PSA, not a blem. The upper is still in very good condition and the barrel is fairly new. Rail is torqued to spec.

The HM3X was purchase brand new February 10th of this year. In excellent condition. Pic of the serial # in link.
