I bought this years ago from a fellow that said his grandpa gave it to him .No other info. The good is that it has all the correct parts. The bad, the barrel band broke so I bought a replacement from a member of the Carbine club. The swivel and screw are original. You can see it is late in the serials that they took over from SG. The receiver is marked SG on the side. It has tiny bits of corrosion and is not perfect, but it is really nice. I have a lot of pictures and I have filled out a parts form listing all markings. Just ask and I can email them to you. I want $3500 shipped. I am not looking for lowball offers. I am taking my collection down to a single M1 and a singe M1A1 that I will be keeping.Feel free to ask questions.
