I have a brand new KAC SR-25 APR 20" complete upper receiver. Comes with everything original from factory including BUIS, buffer, buffer spring, picatinny rail, and rail covers. It has the sandcutter bolt. I can't find an SR-25 lower so selling the upper instead.
