What we have here is a bubba getting his hands on a decent scope. Picked this up with a rifle I got solely for the action, and I am not a fan. It's camo-ized clearly, not sure if durakote or paint? There are some scuffs on the scope as well. It will include the rings as shown, The glass is clear.
