According to the manual on page 25:
P226 XFIVE pistols are compatible with SIG SAUER Electro Optics, that use the Romeo1PRO/Romeo2 footprint.

So my optic would work for your pistol. Current setup is with the enclosed emitter. I can post pictures for you tonight if you like.
