You better be quick! My son and I just removed the 4.0 in our 04 WJ and in the hunt as well. Actually, I'm just going to pick up a reman and use the old one as a core and the trans/transfer case are gtg. Cylinder #2 took a number two so to speak. Here's a photo of some of the bits in the pan. What transfer case are you looking for? I come across them on occasion, the Selec-Trac is in my opinion by far the best.

They're out there, just seem to come in waves. The trick is making sure the Tcase matches the application you have planned i.e. a cherokee case is clocked wrong to work in a Wrangler. I just started with my first jeep last October and it has been interesting to learn all the nuances.
