WTB: House+land, see description

Family and I just got word our rental of 7 years is now going to be sold out from under us. We've been looking at moving out of town for a while now but nothing has really caught our eye.

What we want is;
10+ acres
3 bedroom house/mobile/manufactured
within 1 hour commute of Portland center
In Oregon(due to child custody issues)


What be don't want;
Flag lot
pre-78 mobile/manufactured
more than an hour's commute from town.

Ideal property would have 1-4 acres of flat land for planting. We're looking to move quick as we may only have 2 months untill we have to be out of here.
