Accidents happen, at a recent outing at Johnson Creek Gun Club, I watched a very veteran shooter(as in, i've seen him there on many occasions with a lot of pistols), watch his grandson or great grandson, shoot a glock 19 and it jammed, then the boy put the gun on the table and the old guy picked it up, racked the slide with his finger in the trigger guard and shot one into the ground about 8 feet away. Just happy he wasn't pointing it sideways.
