Is the Model 92 one of the reproductions made by Miroku? I'm not sure Miroku ever made a Model 94, but there are plenty of U.S. made 94s out in the wild.

They currently have a few model 94 variants on their website. Looks like they started making them in 2010
Hmmmm....Learn something new every day. Looking at the Winchester website it looks like all their lever actions are now made in Japan. I knew of the older lever gun models, but I wasn't aware that the Model 94 production had also gone overseas. That's not a bad thing. Miroku makes quality firearms. I have a Browning 1886 made by them. Great rifle.
