Just wondering if anyone else has watched any episodes.

New series on Vice channel. Some interesting stuff, unfortunately marred by stereotypical lefty hipster journalists presenting biased opinions as critical thought.

Anyone?

Can't say I have as I tend to stay away from Vice. I watched a good one a while back though called, "How It Ends". It was about a woke anti-gun Seattle urban yuppie douchenozzle trying to get home during an apocalypse. In the end, he shoots another woke urban yuppie douchenozzle so it turns out it wasn't that bad.

2 people so far said "I don't watch Vice".

My assumption is that the tone is similar to folks who say "I don't watch Fox News ".
Is my assumption incorrect?

Never heard of it. Then again, most of my time is occupied doing other stuff. I've got a pretty short attention span for movies or tv.

Can't speak for others, but the reason I quit watching vice is because they swapped journalism for sensationalism and likes. After Tim Pool, Gavin McInnes and many other founding members left because they were being told to push a narrative, the channel and magazine both went south. Even enjoyable shows like "abandoned" and "Hamilton's Pharmacopoeia" ended up getting cut for shows like "gaycation". No thanks. Won't be getting any ad revenue from my viewership.
So, I would say that yes, you are incorrect.

I watched one episode. Civilization collapses and the "experts" all talked about how the starving masses would only be going after the rich people for supplies. Of course, he sort of didn't explain how these people would get out to the sticks to where all these rich people have built their fortresses, but I guess he just assumed the hungry folks would bypass or peacefully pass through all the middle and upper class neighborhoods on their way to loot the rich..
It started out ok but got dumber as the show progressed

Good idea for a show, but anti government anti rich people and had too much stupid in the end.

I saw one a while back with that kid that made a nuclear reactor in his garage a few years back on the pros of nuclear power and the quest for cold fusion. It was pretty good over all and did not go off the deep end with the far left narrative they normally push.
Some of the stories can be very interesting but yeah, they are pretty far left of center as far as their " news "

Lol.
I do find myself running out of stuff to watch because it gets too dumb.

Vice tends to lean sliiiiightly left with their programs. You might as well just go to dailykos or MSNBC (or even Fox these days) for the daily leftist brainwashing.
