Wham-O of Frisbee fame marketed a .22 pistol at one time.

When such was "re-discovered" not long ago, they engaged "not-so-plausible" deniability, publicly declaring "WAMO" (the brand name on the gun) was in no way connected to their company.

It was total horse-puckey. They indeed had for a short time become one of America's "predatory arms merchants".

Flight characteristics of a handgun most probably did not lend itself to "Disc Golf", which may or may not be a reason it was discontinued.

Got it. Thats what I mean't actually, contained in the basket.

How difficult is to GET it aimed to in fact stay in the basket?
Pretty hard, depending on distance.

Similar to normal golf, where you have different clubs for various shots, frisbee golf has different frisbees. Nothing like beech or ultimate frisbee frisbees.

More like discs, with a lip to grab onto. Hence disc golf.

You know what'd really be hilarious. Get the actual sport discus , those 1.6kg ones...
And throw them on these courses. Anyone caught walking into the literal line of throw gets a nice concussion... :s0140:

I used to throw them left-handed in high school track & field. Shotput on the right side.
