Wham-O of Frisbee fame marketed a .22 pistol at one time.

When such was "re-discovered" not long ago, they engaged "not-so-plausible" deniability, publicly declaring "WAMO" (the brand name on the gun) was in no way connected to their company.

It was total horse-puckey. They indeed had for a short time become one of America's "predatory arms merchants".

Flight characteristics of a handgun most probably did not lend itself to "Disc Golf", which may or may not be a reason it was discontinued.

Harder than you'd think. I played some when my boys where younger, I had to stop when I started spontaneously grown a man bun and had a deep urge to go everywhere shoeless and high

Similar to normal golf, where you have different clubs for various shots, frisbee golf has different frisbees. Nothing like beech or ultimate frisbee frisbees.

More like discs, with a lip to grab onto. Hence disc golf.

You know what'd really be hilarious. Get the actual sport discus , those 1.6kg ones...
And throw them on these courses. Anyone caught walking into the literal line of throw gets a nice concussion...
