Webley Mk1 antique British revolver

For sale is a very cool piece of british history. This is the first model of Webley that the british military adopted for its officers in the 1880s. They seen service all the way into the 20th century and this one is royal navy marked with the large broad arrow across the topstrap and has some unit or rack numbers on the backstrap. This particular example has not been updated to the Mk1* pattern which is kinda cool. Sadly it didn't escape being shaved to 45 acp like so many others that came to this country after being surplused. The firing pin on the hammer is also sadly broken. Everything else seems in good shape given the age especially the old horn grips. This old girl would fit nicely in a collection of British military top break wheel guns. Thanks for looking!
