Nice Rifle, are you the original owner, where was it made, do you have any estimate on round count, has there been any work or restoration done to it?

I am the original owner. I got it probably late 1970's. It is a Japan rifle. I am guessing it might have been shot 80 or so rounds. No work has been done to it. It has a 24 inch barrel.

Well, not really old school Weatherby. But I have yet to see a Japanese rifle built under an established American brand that was not extremely well done.
If this gun came out of Miroku, it is of fine quality, regardless of its geography.
