The rings are as new/perfect in looks & function. I used them to clear a see all sight on my 10mm carbine. I could target shoot w/my scope then quick remove & use the see all sight for home/close up use. If there was any problem w/the rings they would NOT be for sale. I did drop the price to $25 but that doesn't include shipping. I paid in the $60 range for these U.S.A made rings that come w/factory return to zero guarantee
