I'm looking to get my CHL soon and I want a light weight and proven revolver such as a S&W 642 or 638,though 638 is preferred because it has a shrouded hammer that can be cocked.I like both these models as there is less for them to snag on and they can be fired through a coat pocket if one doesn't have the time to draw.My price range is $300-500,I'm not really looking to spend $500 though unless it comes with some extras like ammo or/and holster or extra grips.Lock or no lock doesn't matter that much to me.Random pics nabbed from the internet so people know what I'm looking for.
