Want to buy 223 bolt action rifle

I am looking for a .223 caliber rifle that I can use to shoot coyotes with during elk season.
I have a couple of 243 rifles that I usually use, but the hunt we have planned is during elk season and Oregon Fish and Game manager said I could not use them because the hunt is during elk season.

He said I could use a .22 caliber center fire rifle, but not a 243.

So, does anyone out there have a .223 bolt action rifle they want to part with. I don't need a tack driver, just a decent shooter.

I found a couple of them on this site, but the prices were more than a new rifle, I can afford something in the $250.oo range. More if it has a decent scope on it.
