What is the model number of the scope, is this front focal plane or second focal plane?

I believe it's second focal plane but I don't see where it specifies on the scope.

Does the recticle stay the same size or does it increase in size when you increase magnification from 4 power to 16 power?

As far as I can tell it stays the same. I've never looked through a FFP scope that I know of, but I'm assuming the reticle changing sizes would be pretty obvious.

No the turrets are not locking but they have very positive clicks and it would be difficult to accidentally turn them
