I thought the addition of red/green was one of the updates that made it a ll... ? I could be all wrong about that.

I have a Strikefire ll and it's a great little optic... $75 is a smokin' deal for either, 1 or 2.

Pretty sorry state of affairs that when I posted above I couldn't find my own SF ll to make a comparison... I know it's mounted to something, gotta be around here...

ETA: yup... my Strikefire ll has 2 buttons and a cantilevered mount. The mount (30mm) is a useful accessory when adding a magnifier.
