For a Chinese scope my preference would be either primary arms or swampfox. I don't like vortex at all having paid $400ish for a spotting scope that was horrible and I had to return. The $60 Simmons Chinese scope was at least twice as good as the vortex Chinese garbage scope.

Um, no. That is 58% off their "regular price of $479.99". I have NEVER seen that scope listed for any price other than the current "sale" price of $199.99. I guess since they sit the $479.99 as "our price", they can say whatever they choose.

The one I have has made in the Philippines printed on it. It is an okay scope for the money. The clicks for adjustment are mushy and quiet, but it does move the reticle appropriately. You could do worse for $200.
