Pretty trick! What is that? A semi auto hmr with a carbon barrel in a nice hogue stock with a mouth watering muzzle fixture with what is reminiscent of a 10/22 action...??

Have never done my homework on these but sure looks good!
 
They are nice. You can always call the company directly to get more info. Yes mine came with everything you see that you mentioned with the exception of the scope which is just average.
