I have a like new Velocity Systems carrier in ranger green, has MOLLE cummerbund, takes many different chest rig shingles, included is a coyote tan Velocity Quad shingle which holds 4 M4 mags and has 3 small pockets, the shingle has the kydex inserts.
I also have a set of Protech/Safariland Level 4 stand alone plates for it, these are top of the line, very thin and light weight.
