I bought the gun from a member who bought it from the original owner who bought it from Vector as a factory SBR so it has the F/A carrier/parts. Unsure on round count, but cleaned after every outing. This would be a single stamp transfer ($200) on a Form 4 directly to an Oregon resident. You pay all fees and transfer. All NFA rules apply
