FYI - it may be easier for you to take the stock and grip off, and sell it as a pistol and give the seller the stock and grip.

As far as it being stamped atf doesn't care if it's no longer in the sbr configuration. Just write them a letter saying it's no longer an NFA item and deregister it.


Just my two cents. It's almost impossible to sell a registered SBR on this forum. Nobody wants to deal with a class 3 private party transfer
