It is the 7 inch drop in rail. It does not come with any rail covers but for $10 more I can throw in enough Magpul covers to cover all 4 rails in your choice of black, foliage or brown (coyote?) or a combo of all or 2 of the colors if you want to do a camo look. I have all 4 screws and they are included.
The rails have some scratching on the inside and where the delta ring covers the end but just superficial scratches that are cosmetic only.
