USP CT Trigger Slap

I got a new USP CT about 3 months ago, I had a USP compact 45, but sold it for this new CT model. I love everything but the damn trigger slaps me every time!! I had 100 rounds with me at the range last week and had to stop at 50!! My trigger finger would go numb!!! It really slaps back hard!!! I never had anything like this with my USP compact 45, The CT model is the same thing with a different barrel!!!

has anyone ever had this?
What causes this?
how can I fix it for cheap?

I have a Gemtech Blackside comming in a few months and want to get the bugs worked out by then.... Thanks
