USMC Scalable Plate Carrier; has sewn in soft armor, size Large with rigid S-M cummerbund. Extras are SPC XS-M shoulder pads, IBA throat thingy, IMTV lower back armor panel, 2 XL size dick flaps, 1 S size dick flap. It doesn't need the cummerbund to function; as it does have side straps with buckles.
Doesn't fit Large Highcom 4S17M plate, it's too thick to get into it. But does fit 10x12 Level 3 plates, and probably USGI ESAPI Large plates or similar thin In-Conjunction With plates. All extra soft armor pieces have soft armor in them.
Asking $250 face to face + shipping. I see on Ebay some asking $700-1000. This is a heck of a deal for you local guys. Not looking for trades at this time.
