Size Small USGI IOTV manufactured by point blank. Improved outer tactical vest with all Kevlar soft armor Inserts rated for 9mm sub machine gun fire, fragmentation, and lesser threats. Everything is in great condition. Vest is size small(size is based around plates that will fit the vest. The carrier is fully adjustable for any wearer) Vest/Carrier can fit Size Small ESAPI/SAPI ates and as with all military carriers it will also accept a size in either direction allowing x-Small, Small, and Medium SAPI/ESAPI plates or civilian 10x12 inch plates and under. Carrier is in the Digital ACU Camo pattern. Asking for $220 or best offer or trade. All offers and trades will be considered.
I also have a set of front and rear esapi plates if interested in a package deal or trade.
