Yes. My son works in this industry, he tells me Facebook tries to exercise security over these issues but it's like playing Whack-A-Mole. But since it all results in revenue to the company, you also wonder at their sincerity at enforcement. Meaning, when they take fraudulent ads down, they are cutting a source of revenue.
