Ror,

A class is required to buy a semi-auto (AR?) rifle where you live?

What's the stated reason for this requirement?

(if you know)

Thanks!

State of Washington requires it due to I-1639.

Dan,

Color me confused: Sarcasm you think because...?

This is copied from the certificate I downloaded after taking Sporting Systems' online class:
"Under penalty of Perjury, I attest and certify that I completed this ridiculous training course curriculum, as required by the 5 billionaires that
purchased my civil rights, the 60% of voters duped into voting for "school safety" and the Revised Code of Washington."

I also took another certification course, just in case this certificate doesn't go over well with a LEO who might ask for it.

FYI, member of the Washington Arms Collectors can also take a free, 10-minute course at any of the monthly shows in Monroe and Puyallup (Washington) and immediately be issued an I-1639 compliance certificate.
