Troy Squid Rail Covers?

I have a Troy Alpha MLOC hand guard that I want some covers on for a little cushion. Are these Squid Grips worth the price? Do they fall out?

Are there any other options that are silicone base?

Got a set on one of my alpha rails and think it's great and no they don't fall out. Worth the price well that depends.
