Two gentlemen came out and spend three days teaching Sam how to set traps and even a little time spent on fur prep. Well he is so good that the neighbors have all given him permission to trap on their ranches. So now he needs more traps!! a large metal live trap would be great, We built a wooded one but it doesn't like the rain. One person brought him several #3 coil springs which seem to be a little to big for fox. Does anyone have some 1.75s? They left him some duckfoot(?) anchors that are driven in to trap bed. He really needs the correct tool for driving these. A length of rebar is a pain. One ranch has a bunch of beaver and nutria and I have only 2 conibear for him to use. Anyone have a few 330s or 280s? Anything else he should have? I thought I would try here for some hopefully cheap used traps before we went with new.
