    Will this accept a .40 bbl

    I believe that there is no .40 conversion barrel for it. I think you would need the SP2340 slide to make it work with a .40 barrel.

    I think you can only switch out the .357 and .40 barrels.

    No. It is an early model made in Switzerland.
