New, mounted only. I thought I would like it a lot more than I do. I bought to mount onto a .44mag handgun, but the eyebox is a little too narrow for me. It would be fantastic on a carbine or an AR. Comes with everything from the factory, lo and hi mounts plus extension plate. Caps, battery, the works
