Toy gun or ATF honey pot?

Looks like fun ...for some folks at least.

I can see it being brought to school...."Well but...it's a Fidget Toy , not a gun"...

Had a student bring a cap gun to school , not too long ago.
Wasn't a threat...didn't mean or do any harm....Just a kid who wanted to show off his favorite toy.
Easy fix....
I took the toy...and he and I talked about why you don't bring toys to school...let alone toy guns.
I kept the cap gun in my desk* , till the end of school...
At the end of the day he got it back and I got a promise from him not to bring it again.
Hasn't brought it back or been an issue.

When I got the cap gun , I "cleared it" and kept my trigger finger off of the trigger automatically....
