Looks like a toy and nothing more. Presumably no gun powder, so not a "firearm" as far as the Feds are concerned. Unless, of course, there is a cartridge that could be stuffed in it and it will go bang. The operator would be likely injured, but it would meet the legal definition of a firearm. In absence of any evidence that is possible, meh, likely just a cheap, stupid toy.

Looks like fun ...for some folks at least.

I can see it being brought to school...."Well but...it's a Fidget Toy , not a gun"...

Had a student bring a cap gun to school , not too long ago.
Wasn't a threat...didn't mean or do any harm....Just a kid who wanted to show off his favorite toy.
Easy fix....
I took the toy...and he and I talked about why you don't bring toys to school...let alone toy guns.
I kept the cap gun in my desk* , till the end of school...
At the end of the day he got it back and I got a promise from him not to bring it again.
Hasn't brought it back or been an issue.
Andy
* What is kinda funny here is...
When I got the cap gun , I "cleared it" and kept my trigger finger off of the trigger automatically....:D

Andy, my brother an ex-LEO didn't have his glasses on and did the same thing when I handed him my new CO2 pellet pistol.

Hasn't brought it back to school that you know of. Possible that he has learned "fight club" rules and better concealment techniques. :s0062:
