I bought a Walther P22 for my wife a decade or so ago. She only shot it once. Sooooo that was a mistake. It will only shoot stingers apparently, and when I took it apart I was afraid of breaking it. Its flimsy inside. Its been in the safe for 16 years now. The pistol, not my wife.
I just started to shoot Glocks a lot in the past 3 years or so. When I get a FTF or something like that, I still think something is wrong. Dirty, ammo, magazine......no....no...no....no....I limpwristed it again.
I am a lot better at not doing that now. And Hey! Glass half full! I have gotten better at clearing malfunctions.

It was a bit of work to get that grease cleaned off before I took it out for the first time. That's probably why they kept the display model as a display model - so they wouldn't have to keep cleaning them.
