Very Good condition, nearly new. Does not have any scratches on the Walnut fore grip. There is 1 small scratch on the exterior. There are a few fine scratches where the mags inserts into the pistol.

If you get a Class II License it is easy to purchase a detachable butt stock, to make it into an SBR

You don't need a class 2 license to make this into a SBR. To make this into a SBR you need to send a Form 1 and a $200 check to BATFE, then wait too many months to get the tax stamp back.

I was under the impression it was a class II but couldn't find much info and if I am correct you can't have an SBR in WA. I really wanted to make it into an SBR.

Pretty sure SBR's are legal. Around the same time silencers became legal
